Laser Cut Matte White Acrylic

88 x 66 x 5cm

Edition of 5 - No. 1/5

This layered topographic piece investigates movement through the lens of nature. Acrylic was chosen as it produces a flowing polished edge from the heat of the laser. One is encapsulated by the way in which the form alters into this more regular shape as it reduces in size.

  • James Grossman’s works explore the relationships between organic forms in the natural and digital realms. He aims to capture obscure movement within a variety of mediums, by experimenting with themes of mutation, terrains and tactility.
